Shipping, Processing, and Order Timelines

- Order Processing Time: 1-3 days, fulfilled on: (Mon-Fri)
- Delivery Time: 4-8 days, shipped on: (Mon-Fri)
- Shipping Costs: Free shipping
Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us if you decide to cancel your order. Once orders have been shipped, the order cannot be changed.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be created. Please provide an accurate email address if you wish to track your order. Creating an account is not required but will make tracking your package easier.
Address/Phone Changes
If you wish to change the phone number or address provided with your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the details. In this case, you may request a return and place a new order.
Order Cannot Be Tracked:
If you have an issue with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
